Was it all just a dream?
Swing Through The Looking glass is a night of excellent jazz music, cocktails, socialising, and the occasional swing dance or two.
It was born out of my desire for a night which gathered the most inspiring jazz musicians and dancers under the same roof.
The night is hosted at The Looking Glass Cocktail Club, a very charming speakeasy which makes the night more special by granting a cozy and atmospheric vibe.
After two very successful editions with Adrian Cox and Giacomo Smith, I’m proud to invite another great horn player and dancers favourite: Duncan Hemstock (and his all stars of course).
Duncan discovered his love for the clarinet at the age of 12, when his mom gave him a Benny Goodman’s cassette. Since then, he pursued his love for jazz by studying with some of the best clarinet players like Andy Firth, who was a source of inspiration. He now lives in London but performs all over the world with some of the most renown bands who play for dancers such as Gordon Webster, Naomi Uyama, Pete Long, the Shirt Tail stompers and others. Duncan also happens to be a crowd entertainer, so get ready for some fun!
Tickets are 10 only and sold out within 24 hours last time.
